Telephone Follow up Appointment

Service Description

This telephone appointment is for patients who have already embarked on their weight-loss journey and have begun on a course of weight loss medication. One of our GPs will call you towards the end of your current prescription (typically one month) to discuss your progress. During this telephone appointment you'll have the chance to ask one of our GPs any questions you may have and to discuss how you would like to progress on your weight loss journey. Following on from this appointment you will have the opportunity to renew your prescription or increase dosage. *(Prescriptions subject to suitability, availability and prescribing guidelines)
