Service Description
New dimensions in weight loss - Achieve your ideal body with expert guidance. A medical appointment with one of our experienced GPs, focused on prescription weight loss options, including weight loss injections and weight loss tablets. Our GPs will provide expertise on the best prescription solutions tailored to your specific needs and perform a full suite of examinations to check your suitability. Consultations include a full suite of measurements including height, weight, BMI, blood pressure and body measurements. All of our weight-loss programmes and consultations include dedicated GP aftercare. One of our GPs will call you 1-week and 2-weeks after your initial consultation to make sure you are happy and to address any queries you may have. Prescriptions are subject to suitability, availability and prescribing guidelines. The initial consultation does not include the prescription charge.
Cancellation Policy
Notice Period: Clients should provide at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call or email the WellMed team (info@wellmedhealth.co.uk) to discuss cancellations or to reschedule an appointment. Fees: Clients who cancel or reschedule without sufficient notice, or fail to arrive to an appointment may not be eligible for a refund.
